Active device information issue on the dashboard of the emby server

Recently I have a problem with active devices on the dashboard of the server.
during a reading with kodi and the addon emby the information displayed is correct a few minutes and then it does not correspond to the reality and after reloading the page on a web browser I have more information on reading in court.
I also have the plugin push over which sends me correctly the notifications of beginning of reading and after a few minutes a stop of reading while the video and always in reading (from the I am no more information on the dashboard) and then I receive another stop notification when the video is actually stopped.

This seems to happen only with kodi

Do you have an idea to solve this problem?
