Canaletto 3 Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 Hello, Currently the media libraries are on disk volumes or SMB resources. I intend to use cloud storage and would like to know if it is possible to consider the direct use of resources like S3 (AWS or cheaper at Wasabi) or OpenStack Live without going through a mountain-type disk redirection Duck or NetDrive? The second question that arises is the updating of these libraries. In cloud mode it is longer and more billed. It should therefore consider the possibility of freezing some libraries or nothing changes and update only active libraries. Currently I have not found an option for this exclusion while retaining the ability to start the update manually. Merci beaucoup. lionel
Luke 42085 Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 Hi, sorry I don't quite understand. Are you running a cloud Emby Server?
Canaletto 3 Posted March 14, 2018 Author Posted March 14, 2018 Hi, sorry I don't quite understand. Are you running a cloud Emby Server? My server is on Windows but I intend to transfer my media files to the cloud.
Luke 42085 Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 Ok, we don't fully support cloud libraries at this point but hope to in the future.
lakerfananthony 0 Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 Im running my server on my windows 10 pc and have my library directed to my google g drive which is a legit business account but I keep getting temporarily banned ?
Canaletto 3 Posted November 4, 2018 Author Posted November 4, 2018 Wasabi + Montain Duck (I am waiting for Emby S3 storage compatibility...)
Luke 42085 Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 Ok sorry but I don't think there's anything we can do to help with that.
lakerfananthony 0 Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 Temporarily locked out of my g suite account.
Luke 42085 Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 You're going to have to contact them as this is not Emby related, sorry.
