"Playback Error" No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details. This happens all the time when I use the webplayer, kodi for emby and also in the android app, this started right after I updated the server some days ago. I took the time today to try to fix it, and I haven't been able to make a single trailer work I will try uninstalling and re-installing the plugin, I already restarted the server and it didn't work. this is a new log after restarting the server Log 2.txt Edited March 13, 2018 by abescalamis

Thanks. I get it now!, check the second log around 2018-03-13 13:33:47.087, its easier in the second log, because is when I was testing and trying to find the problem.

I just tried it and its the same, I been testing it a lot since yesterday and I was only able to play 2 trailers for the entire day. I been having this issues since I updated on 02/28 to v3.3, but I waited to report it and see if I could fix it but I couldn't, I will be deactivating Cinema mode because is creating more problems than enjoyment because it tries to play the trailer and hangs for a lot of time before I'm able to play a movie. Do you know where I can download the Emby V 3.2. for the synology nas? Edited March 15, 2018 by abescalamis

I deleted that posting. @@Luke, after more testing I realize that the only service working is "New and upcoming in theathers" all the others are not. I went to the playback section and only selected "include trailers from new and upcoming movies" and deactivated the other services meanwhile. its a workaround until you fix it, that is why you will see the timeout in the logs, something change in their website or emby that it cannot reach their site and hangs.

It seems they come from a different source as I pulled these URL's from the logs (I picked a random trailer in each category): Working New and in theaters: Info HttpClient: GET http://trailers.apple.com/movies/focus_features/7-days-in-entebbe/7-days-in-entebbe-trailer-1_a720p.m4v Not Working Movie Trailer Archive: Error HttpClient: Connection to http://cdn.movie-list.com/hd/2guns720.mp4 timed out Not Working Upcoming DVD/Blueray: Error HttpClient: Connection to http://cdn.movie-list.com/hd/amityvilletheawakening720.mp4 timed out Not Working Upcoming Netflix: Error HttpClient: Connection to http://cdn.movie-list.com/hd/allthewilderness720.mp4 timed out I am also unable to load the files from cdn.movie-list.com in a browser and when I attempt to ping the address I also receive time out errors: C:\Users\hayander>ping cdn.movie-list.com Pinging cdn.movie-list.com [184.107.190.138] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out.
