infinitereality 6 Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Everything had been working fine for a couple of weeks and I went to go use Theater a few days ago and when trying to play media (tried different file types) I only get a black screen and audio. I tried playing the video through Windows Media Player and plays fine. I messed with different settings on Shark, even uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck getting videos to show. Anyone have any suggestions I can try? I'm not sure what happened or where to go from here. Thanks for any guidance!
