Emby theatre Xbox one x 4K screen size

Looking for some help please when I try to watch a 4K movie using the app it shows only quarter screen size I’ve no idea what’s going on as I read somewhere that if you do somthing it turns full screen which I achieved a few tomes by doing somthing which I’ve no idea what it was but when I came out movie and went back in it played full screen, now I cant get it to do it , thanks for any help

Strange, next heard of this before. Maybe there's a system setting causing this?

I’ve had a look through available settings which haven’t been changed since I downloaded the app if it helps I use Emby theatre using the one x and the 4K file is hevec got it to go full screen last night again after going on stats for nerds then just random button pressing backed up and then it was full screen as before I’ve no idea what I’m doing lol it’s a weird one just hope I or someone can figure it out thanks for the reply
