Binding Media Browser Server to a secondary IP address?

I apologize if this is a repost (I could have sworn I read this somewhere... but I cannot find it).

I've tried using IIS as a frontend / virtualhost so that I can use the Windows 2012 Essentials and Media Browser web interface on the same standard HTTP port, but I am running into issues.

Is it possible to bind Media Browser server to a secondary IP address so that I can run Media Browser on port 80 on the same server as Windows 2012 Essentials?
