Questions about resume settings

The answer is that anything under the min resume duration will always be marked watched no matter how much of it that you play. We'll improve the help text underneath the option. Thanks.

No, it is working as designed, what needs to happen is we need to improve the help text, and you need to lower your min resume duration, if that's what you want.

There is no such thing as resume for music, therefore you cannot really say that something isn't working.

I know we can't resume music, what I meant is the minimum amount of time when playback starts until we hit stop or next, the song shouldn't be marked as "recently played" if I only heard the first 3 seconds for example.

I just opened up Spotify, played a track for three seconds, then stopped. And then it showed up in recently played, just like we do.

I wonder who in this world decided that this is a "normal" or "standard" behavior for listening to digital music   :D

On Google Play Music, songs are marked as played after 20 seconds, that's why I thought other apps/services would have the same behavior.

What I would like to see reviewed by you guys is what I say in comment # 25, thank you for being patience with me and for taking your time to provide help.

I did review it, but that's not how we designed it.
