Why the server/transcoder doesn't detect the hardware capabilities of a given device?

I tested the web app and besides the lag in the interface, videos play in sync, even the high bitrate ones.

Yes, sometimes the progress bar doesn't show when I tap the screen.

I installed the update to version 3.0.73 of Android Mobile and I've been playing some videos, looks like you deployed the code from the web app because videos play in sync, no stutter, the usual interface lag but it seems good now, what I've been expecting, let's see how music goes...
