Apple TV, Xbox no longer plays MKV since 3.2.70

I've been unable to play MKV files in Apple TV and Xbox since the 3.2.70 update.  I've updated to a higher beta version recently and closely after that 3.3.0 came up so I updated to that version.  Still, MKV files do not play.  If I turn the option off to "automatically convert recordings to a streaming friendly format", so the file stays as .TS the recordings play fine.  This seems to have started a few months ago and I'm quite frustrated.  Maybe it started when HD Homerun firmware updated to 20171208.  I've recently updated to Version 20180110 but no change.  Playing these same MKV files in Windows via browser works fine.  I can play older recordings just fine in apple TV and Xbox, I just can't play the last few months.

Hi there @@codewarrior, i would suggest keeping that option off. The convert to mkv feature is likely to be removed once we have a feature to convert after recording has completed. converting afterwards is a much more reliable process. Thanks.
