Plugin updates loaded at runtime

So I have a challenge for you guys. What can we do so as to allow plugin updates to happen without the need for Emby Server to be restarted? There are means to do that and perhaps it may apply to Emby's architecture.

We'd have to unload and load an entirely new AppDomain. It's doable but not easily.

Hence the challenge But that would allow plugin developers to reduce version fragmentation because the default behaviour would be that plugin updates would be installed and applied without any user intervention, while Emby Server is running.
