Hi there, where exactly are you experiencing this?

I've installed media browser on my roku and the emby server on my PC.

I go to media browser on my roku and scan for the server and it can't find it.

I've made sure the server is running and it still can't find it.

Both server and Roku on the same subnet?

You say "media browser" on your Roku.

Isn't there an Emby channel you have to load?

Sorry, been a long time since I used a Roku.

If all seems OK, follow "How to Report a Problem".

hmmm??

the media browser channel on roku directed me to the emby site to dl the server.

I don't know if there is an emby channel but I will go look.

the roku and PC are hardwired to the router.

I tried adding manually with my IP but same result

what name is it referring to when asking for name or IP ??

Hi there, welcome! I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know exactly which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks !
