Camera upload interval

Is there a way to increase when an android device uploads pictures to the server? Basically I've been trying to find a use for an old android phone and it hinges on the upload time. I want to set up an old phone as a party camera, so when we throw a party people can use it to take random pics. Then, instead of the standard Emby screensaver of movies and tv shows, I can put the camera album on shuffle and have pics from the party show up on the big tv. Unfortunately, this hinges on almost real-time uploads, which I don't see any support for. If the interval can't be changed, can it be manually scanned, so I could pop on my phone periodically and have it upload?

Oh cool, I got a few varying times when I tested and the most recent thread I could find said something like an hour. 15 mins should be fine thanx
