Possible to hide a show from "Upcoming"?

This is in the web app, but I guess it applies everywhere that uses the "Upcoming" section under TV.

 

Is it possible to hide a particular show from appearing in the "Upcoming" section? There are a few shows that I like the early seasons but the jokes got stale a long time ago (*cough* Family Guy, *cough* *cough*) and I'm not interested in seeing any more. Also I have one saved episode of a news special, and now the nightly news appears every day....
