Server not recognizing local date added value for certain items

I went through a DB rebuild thanks to a glitch in 3.3.0.

 

Since this rebuild approximately 50 movies or so are showing date added values of the past week when they should be much older.

 

These movies have the correct date added value in their movie.xml file.  This same configuration works for thousands of other items.  But, for some reason, these 50 show their date added as the date they are re-scanned into the library.

 

This behavior has persisted across multiple versions.  I am back up to 3.3.1 now.

 

If I take one of these items out of the library, scan, add back, and scan again, the date added in Emby will be updated to the current date.  The XML file will remain the same.  

 

Just seems like Emby is ignoring local metadata randomly and I can't figure out why.

 

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Which type of refresh?  Think I've tried all three and none of them worked.

Unfortunately I just don't have the bandwidth to personally test the xml format anymore. I will do some testing on nfo and see if there is a problem with changing date added.
