PCTV 460e DVB-S2 tuner compatibility

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if the PCTV 460e DVB-S2 tuner is compatible with the Emby server or could be made to work?

I have two connected to my Synology DS1511+ but Emby is not detecting them.

Hi, we don't support this tuner natively. The good news is you can most likely still use it with Emby via other software.

 

What you could do is install tvheadend, get that working, and then install the Tvheadend plugin for emby.
