watch movie keep showing

Hi,

 

I select movies which are watch as watched but after a refresh metadata it deselect as watched movie.

 

Is this a bug or i'm i being somthing

 

I would like any movies which I watched to be hidden from view even if i made change to movie info.

Yes it did because I update the data for movie e.g. year when movie was made.

Did that change the external id's, such as movie db id, or imdb id? if those change, then yes you will lose watch data. We associate the watch data with those values.

Its not link to any external site .e.g IMDB, everything is local

Ok then it should not lose watch data. If you mark it watched and then refresh again, what happens?

How did you do that?  Did you edit the metadata using the web or did you change the file name?

 

If you changed any part of the physical path, then your watched data will be lost (only because these items are not globally identifiable).
