Unable to install/launch on new Win7 install

I recently rebuilt my server due to all of the hardware getting fried, yes ALL of it did. I installed windows 7 on it instead of my typical ubuntu flavor this time.

 

I'm not sure why Emby server isn't opening, not even showing the splash screen, but I'm assuming I'm missing some sort of redist package. I installed dvdfab before this and was having an issue getting that to open. I did some digging for that and determined a vcredist package was needed. There is no logs folder other than the server-install.log file.

 

Is there a list of all the required prerequisite redist packages for Emby.

Have you ensured all Windows Updates are installed?  You may have to run Windows Update multiple times, updates for the updates.  There are several topics on this.

* Supports Windows 7 SP1 or newer version of Windows. If running Windows 7 please make sure Windows Updates are fully up to date.

Well.... I wanted to say I did install them, but apparently there is an update to Windows Update... Finishing the current rip and then rebooting. While searching the forums I wasn't looking for windows 7 support, I was looking for dependencies.
