shocker 135 Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Hello, I have few users with Samsung K and M using the latest available Emby app and they reported poor image quality while transcoding. The image was very degraded to 1 Mbps or less. There is no connectivity/networking issue for those guys and by disabling the transcoding I have solved the problem for the moment. Unfortunately I have no logs at this moment, I'm chasing them to test again and capture the log file. The affected K models are (where the fault was seen): K5672 and K6300. @@Luke is this a known issue? If not I'll try to capture the logs and come back with more info. Thanks
