We will look into whether or not Samsung supports hevc with the transcoding format that we're using. If it does, this should give us an opportunity to just copy the original video and only convert the audio. Thanks @@SamES
loganj 0 Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 it will be nice if it just copy the stream. i don't understand why do you have to trancode hevc to hevc. a better option is to just let the user decide. my tv can play 4k hevc 10 bits without a problem. it can't play h264 10bits.
