Emby's responsiveness to problems :)

As I deal with both Emby and Plex I sometimes forget what is really the most important difference; Responsiveness to customer questions, problems, bugs and just general gripes.

 

Unless it fits in with what Plex wants to do Plex pretty much just ignores anything their customers report or any issues their customers have.

On the other side Emby mostly is VERY responsive and gives feedback or asks for more info whenever there is any problem or question.

 

Just recently I had an issue with a couple of apps and Emby responded very well and fixes appeared shortly after I posted about the problem. 

 

Emby also answered some concerns I had within a very short time while Plex has NEVER even responded to several  questions I have had even though there have been more of them over at Plex and several other people asked similar questions or posted that they want to know the answers in the same thread{s}.

 

Without going into details I want to give a shout out to Emby for great customer service and a raspberry to Plex for lack of the same.

 

Thank you Emby, but don't let it go to your head. ;)
