Unable to play some content (transcoding problem)

Hello, 

I'm trying to play a mkv on the web app (and my mibox android tv) and in both cases the file tries to be transcoded. Is there a way to prevent transcoding for this files? I attached a log file of ffmpeg.
The media is on a Synology DS414.

Yes.  Provide external plain text subs or turn them off.
