Using Fire HD 10 with Emby

I have sideloaded the Emby app onto a Fire HD 10. It seems to work ok (although the overall speed of Emby seems to underwhelm me). I also got some items to "sync" (download?) and it keeps them as synced items (unlike another system that starts with P and rhymes with "lex").

 

So I will be using this more and more for my travel device, for planes and when I have very spotty/poor wifi. 

 

Any gotchas I need to be aware of with the Android mobile app or running it on a Fire Tablet?

 

Any tips or tricks would be helpful as I am normally an iOS guy but Emby doesn't do iOS offline yet and that P company has the iOS offline as screwed up as the Android offline.
