Switched premiere account to Ras pi and now roku tv emby app wanting me to get premiere

Hey guys im pretty new to all of this. I bought an Emby lifetime pass and had it going on my Windows pc. was running pretty good, but i had the great idea to switch everything over to a rasberry pi device for my server. I have almost everything set up exactly how i want it except one thing. all my devces around the house do not recgonize that the server has a premiere key that was moved to it. My PC says its premiere, but the roku devices and fire stick all are suggesting i should go premiere. I have no idea how to fix this. again i am somewhat of a noob, but am willing to give any other info that would help. thanks

Hi, did you enter your Emby Premiere key in to the raspberry pi server?

yeah. i used the plugin to transfer settings on both. its odd cause it seems to work if i play stuff on the pc, just not roku or firestick.

Make sure something isn't blocking the actual devices from getting out to the internet.

 

Then try blanking out the key and saving and then putting the key back in and saving.

hey sorry about the late reply. I messed with the rasberrypi a little and did what yall said and it seems to be working across the board. thanks for the help!
