What's the deal here?  I have the settings where the images downloaded, I verified in the content folder.  I have restarted the server, still not working.  Please advise.

How about a bit more info... client(s), server version, etc, etc.

Server version is up to date, main server is on Mac OS.  Doesn't show on any of the clients, through firefox, roku.  I assume this is what you mean by clients.  I have set to download images automatically, not just when the server asks for it...even then when going into a movie, it does not pull down the images.  Not sure what else you need.

Hi there, can we please go over a specific example? Thanks.

Well it now seems to be working.  I have just checked again, the artwork is still updated, so I think we are good at this point.

I'm experiencing a similar issue and think it has to do with needing just a tiny bit more time in the timeout for www.omdbapi.com
I'm going to make a new topic on this but saw this here.

This log failure works in a browser if you wait just a bit longer than emby waits.

MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: Connection to https://www.omdbapi.com?apikey=<redacted>&i=tt0790686&plot=short&tomatoes=true&r=jsontimed out ---> System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled.

This task is right on the edge of timing out or working. Every failure in the log for a timeout for www.omdbapi.com works if I check in in a browser.

"Redacted the API key, didn't know if that was unique or secret"
