aparrish83 0 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 (edited) After spending a lot of time trying to figure out the issue it seems 3.2.70.0 crashes then locks up Emby until I end the task. I have tried the following: -Remove all plugins -Verify consistency of data being scanned -Uninstalled Emby with Revo Uninstaller and setup Emby from scratch -Updated to 3.2.70.11 beta Reverting back to 3.2.60.0 fixes the issues, so I have disabled auto-updates for the time being. I also see a newer 3.2.70.12 beta is available however I'm reluctant to try since switching out versions without the installer seems to break some of my plugins. I've attached the log in hopes that the issues will be fixed in a future release. And as an early supporter, thanks for Emby! Log_3.2.70.0.txt Edited February 11, 2018 by aparrish83
Luke 42077 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Hi there, please attach the emby server log, thanks.
aparrish83 0 Posted February 11, 2018 Author Posted February 11, 2018 My bad, I didn't hit the upload button.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 switching out versions without the installer seems to break some of my plugins One of the biggest issues when switching versions as there are almost always compatibility issue.
Luke 42077 Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Hi, I don't see any obvious problems in the log. There are some errors coming from anidb. Is that what you're referring to?
aparrish83 0 Posted February 12, 2018 Author Posted February 12, 2018 Nope, I don't get those errors on 3.2.60.0. The main problem is the emby hang, it will not do anything until I end task whether I do a manual scan or leave to scheduled scan occur. I think I'll just leave it alone for now since I don't have any issues on .60. I'll just try updating after a few updates.
Luke 42077 Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 Ok, I have not been able to reproduce this but am continuing to test for it, thanks.
