flags in kodi

i got a questions concerning flags in kodi

 

normally kodi does this

but when i use emby

which one flags?

is it kodi or is it emby?

i want atmos flags , i know skin should be able to

and it is

but i dont see it

 

also, now i place it inside filename + in foldername

 

not sure which one it should be, in the file? or folder?

cause when i do both, emby doesnt find correct covers of the movie
