Parental Ratings for Movies and TV-Shows

Hi,

 

I am trying to find a way to easily do the following things related to Parental Ratings:

 

1. Find any movies and/or Tv-shows that are missing a Rating and being able to add easily a rating

2. Find any movies and/or TV-shows that have certain ratings, and change these to a different rating level.

 

I tried looking for ways within emby, but cant find any.

 

Keep in mind, we are talking about going trough 2000 movies and 100+ Tv-shows. So I cant manually go through them all one by one.

 

Anyway it can be done by connecting directly to the mysql DB?

Try using the filters for parental ratings on the various list screens.

Hi @@Luke, but how do I edit them. I cant go through 2000 of these movies one by one. rather use DB editing or using another tool

 

2nd:  what parameter does emby use for scraping the Ratings info from movie.nfo files? <mpaa> or <certification>. e.g. some the movie.nfo files have the following values.

 

    <mpaa>Rated PG-13</mpaa>
    <certification>US:PG-13 / US:Rated PG-13</certification>

 

3rd: Does emby have a conversion table as my emby parental rating list only shows British Rating. e.g. GB-12

 

Hope you can make this also more clear for me.
