Country change issue for K and M TV models

Hello,

  I've tried to change the country with UE48KU6472UXXH, but in the country list I can only see the East Europe countries. There is no US, UK or Ireland. Also I've had the same issue with an M model (l'll provide the TV model code later on).

 

  Is there another way to install the app on this model?
