Amc189 0 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 Hello, My samsung 32F4500 restarts when I try to user emby. What can y do? I downloaded the app in 2 ways. 1. Developer mode whit an IP. 2. I changed the country to UK and downloaded the app from samsung app.

FrostByte 5392 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 As Luke said those are two different apps. The third party app and the official app from the Samsung store. You should see 2 Emby icons in your hub then if you installed both.

FrostByte 5392 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 Okay, got it. Can you uninstall the app you have now, then put your region back to what it should be and reload the one from IP. You have an entry level 2013 TV and the newer app may have issues with your TV. The old app should work, so we need to figure out why it's not
