Xbox one issues

Hi

Loving the xbox app looks great just wish it would stop crashing!

The issue im getting is i start a movie (MKV with DTS) playing and about 7-10 minutes in the screen will freeze with no response from remote. The only way back is to restart the app and also restart the server.I have auto enabled for bitrate so it is direct playing the mkv.

Since the issue started i have also tried setting different bitrate levels and get the same results.

I have the latest app version installed on the xbox one.I have server Version 3.2.70.0

Same issue, freezes and doesn't respond after about 5 minutes into any movie.

Update:

I decided to format my pc and reinstalled windows 10 out of frustration and being nagged by kids.

The upshot is all is well and working.

I’m sure it was a network or windows firewall issue.

So I’ll see how things go.
