Ok so it's the mobile app? If yes, do you have the android system webview app install? and if so, what version of that?

there are two android apps and the "tv app" itself has nothing to do with live tv

 

tv app for "living room experience" -> https://emby.media/emby-for-android-tv.html

 

mobile app for "every other android device" -> https://emby.media/emby-for-android-mobile.html

It wasn't installed, so I just installed the latest. It didn't make a difference.

 

Sorry for the late reply. We've in the process of moving a lot of stuff out of the house so time is limited.
