hstamas 179 Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 just noticed that the update scan for Trakt is failing once again. Will post logs tonight when I get home but wanted to bring it to the Devs attention while I'm thinking about it.
hstamas 179 Posted February 5, 2018 Author Posted February 5, 2018 what makes you think that it's failing? Schedule task is failing.
hstamas 179 Posted February 5, 2018 Author Posted February 5, 2018 UPDATE: Obtaining a new authorization PIN seems to have fixed things.
Luke 42078 Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 Ok, please attach the emby server log, thanks.
digger11 1 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 Just adding a "me too". I had recently noticed a couple of times where an episode I had watched was showing as unwatched on a different server. Today I finally had time to look into it, and found in the server log that all of my various user accounts were failing to authenticate with trakt. I've got 3 servers and use trakt to keep watched state synced between them. Everything had been working fine since I authenticated all of the accounts a couple of months ago. Getting new pins for all of the accounts straightened it out. When I set up the trakt plugin after the switchover to oauth I manually ran a "sync library to trakt.tv". I only run this task manually, and noticed that on all of the servers this task was shown as having last run 2 months ago. Since it looks like I'm not the only one that has had to renew their trakt pins I'm wondering if I'm going to see them all expire again in 2 months.
hstamas 179 Posted February 16, 2018 Author Posted February 16, 2018 Not sure if its related to the other issue currently here but my error is different. See below. Did what they suggested on that thread by removing the Trakt file from the plugins configuration folder - revoked Emby from the Trakt website and tried a new API key. Still no go. Logs attached. Sync library to trakt.tv failed.a minute ago Method 'MediaBrowser.Controller.Library.IUserDataManager.GetUserData' not found. Logs.txt
