Cursor won't disappear when watching media

Hi guys.

 

I've been using Emby for years and for some reason, all of a sudden the cursor won't disappear. I need to move it out of the way so it's not continuously floating there.

 

I've read around the problem and tried different browsers, different refresh rates and a full uninstall and reinstall twice now but to no avail.

 

Does anyone have any ideas please? I'd be heartbroken if I have to stop using it.

Hi Luke. Thanks so much for helping me. I'm using Version 3.2.70.0 on my media PC with Windows 7. I rebuilt the OS in December and I've been having problems with the cursor since then but not before that when I was using Emby for 5 years without this issue occurring.

Are you using Emby for WMC, Emby Theater, or the web browser?

I have noticed this in all browsers but wasn't sure if it was just my system as I don't usually watch anything in browser..

I've been having this problem as well, since I updated from 3.2.60.0 to any of the newer versions (running FreeBSD-11.1-RELEASE-p9).

It happens with both Safari 11.1 and Chrome 65.0. 

 

Tried deploying a new, fresh emby-server with the same results.

Also tried clearing browser cache, etc.
