Pixelated Recorded TV

After the upgrade to 3.2.70 on my server, I've noticed that all of my recorded TV programs are pixelated. You can make out the picture in some cases, but in others, you can't.  I haven't changed any of the setting related to live TV, transcoding, or DVR functionality.  Programs recorded prior to the upgrade play fine, as do movies in both MP4 and MKV format.  

 

Attached are a few of the server and record transcode logs.  A recording started at 10 PM last night, so I've attached those logs.  Also the logs from the server today when I tried to playback the recording from last night.  Server was set to debug logging during playback today.  I've also uploaded the debug logs from the Shield.  That upload occurred at 6:13 PM eastern time today and the user was "nvs".

 

The TV recorded was Knightfall which started at 10 PM eastern last night.  Channel was 130

Hi, please try turning off the recording conversion feature and see if that makes a difference. Thanks !

I had MPEG 2 decoding checked in the transcode settings for some reason.  I disabled that and things got a little better.  I've since disabled recording conversion feature.  I will report back with my findings.
