Emby stopped playing radio streams

Emby has stopped playing radio streams with the error "No compatible streams are currently available"

 

I am running 3.2.70.6 Beta on a Windows 7 based server and initially had the problem trying to run OTA radio through my Hauppage Tuner Card using the new native support. TV streams work fine through this. I then tried installing the Tune In Radio plugin as an alternative method of listening but got the same error. Suspecting it might be a problem with audio only streams, I tried to play some mp3 which worked fine.

 

I get the same error in Chrome & Android.

In IE11, I get no error message, but no sound either.

In Fire TV, Tune In works fine, but when I try to run it in Live TV I just get a loop of about 5 seconds which keeps on going until you get bored.

 

In all of them the TV streams run fine.

 

I think I have attached the relevant log files.

Yea admittedly we haven't actually tested these. We'll have to get an environment going that actually has radio channels to try out. thanks.

They work fine from external services but here they are just presented as media files with no video

Sorry, I don't think I made it clear, but the OTA radio feeds through the Hauppage tuner were working fine up until 1st February, then they broke. On this basis I assume that it was something in the 3.2.70.6 Beta that broke it. Now running latest 3.2.70.10 beta and still showing same issues.

Now downgraded to 3.2.70.0 Stable release, but still getting same problems. I'm now completely confused, however have attached log files in case they are of any use.

 

Might check Windows Update to see if that has done anything funny.

I think i'm getting the same issue.  Live TV is working expect dvb radio channels.  I get the no stream error.  Running the latest stable version and latest version of ffmpeg.  Logs at the point I attempt to play a radio channel.  Hope it helps.
