NowTV ROKU box not playing some content.

Hello people, I've just not long recently purchased a NOWTV so that I can get my data from my HTPC in the bedroom to play on my TV in the living room. Everything was working fine for the first week, no buffering, no loading problems and films were playing. Now I'm having a hole leap of problems with the content not loading when I click play on the ROKU. The loading bar slowly but surely gets near to the end then at around 99% stops for five minutes and then takes me back to the play screen. It happens with most of my TV shows and movies now and is really starting to P me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated, you might have to dumb it down or explain it like I'm 5 because I'm new to this kind of software. Thanks for reading!

Going to need some logs debug server and ffmpeg logs before it can be looked at.

 

Also try a restart of the now tv box.
