Medias Libraries Showing Season1 s01e1 etc x2 for all the files

I remastered MY Scooby-Do, Where are you collection it has season1 season2 serason3 No matter what I name the season1 folder that has 17 files, it reports 33 files and their is only 17 it duplicates them only in season1 the rest are exactly what is in the folder. I have cleared the a server cache and even restarted the server.  Any Suggestions on a fix??

'Season 0' (for specials), 'Season 1', 'Season 2', etc. & 'S01E01', etc. work for me.

Yep I figureD it out I had duplicate files in the the new scooby doo movies folder I removed them change folders to s1 s2 s3 and Scooby Do New Movies I HAVE FILES NAME S101 ETX AND I HAVE DUPS IN THE LAST FOLDER THAT WERE NAMED S101 ETC REMOVED THOSE AND VIOLA
