After Update My Seasons Are a Mess

I have a show named shark

week

 

when you go into the show you see there are no seasons

 

however there are 3 seasons in the folder

 

as a test i created a new folder named "jim week"

I moved all the videos there and rescanned

 

ironically now the three seasons are there

 

then i edited the show using identify

for about 30 seconds each season was in place

when i attempted to open one i got an error

I refreshed the screen and its back to

 

any ideas

i have wasted 4 hours trying numerous things

I'm an premiere subscriber  I have installed 

cover art / auto box sets & backup and restore

Best guess is wrong metadata as your seasons do no correspond with TVDB, season xx vs season xxxx

If you select an image they open,

So on TVDB it is named season 2017

while its really season 29 so how should I name it ?

If you match the TVDB naming and rescan I would expect it to work fine.
