Sammy 790 Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 I just got my BiL set up with his Fire TV but I noticed that LiveTV / RecordedTV was not available yet it is enabled in the User Account in the Server Dashboard. Is this typical for FireTV Stick? Thanks.

If he is connected to your server then he should have it too. It was just possible that the validation was failing for some reason. Does the Live TV tile show up for him in the library row? If so, what happens when he clicks it?
