Emby / NextPVR Stopped Working over the last few days

I havent been able to figure out why but my Emby Live TV Stopped Working. Here is the logs.

ffmpeg is reporting an error with the next pvr stream that i havent' seen before:

[mpegts @ 000001930f08c9c0] Could not detect TS packet size, defaulting to non-FEC/DVHS

What kind of tuner do you have?

I re-installed the card into the motherboard and it started working again. Not sure what caused it to stop. Its a WinTV QuadHD Tuner Card.

Did you also see errors in the nextpvr logging?
