general questions regarding emby

Hello,

   I'm would like to migrate from plex to emby and after playing few hours with 3.2.70.3 server versions I'm heaving few questions, if anyone can help:

    - Is there any API documentation page? Is it possible to add a emby connect user via API, modify users default settings (like allow to delete files, ability to sync, download, select specific shared libraries, etc)?

    - Is there any way to automatically create an emby connect account? I would like to create this for all my existing remote plex users.

    - Can someone update the emby connect signup page and add gTLD support?

    - Can you kill a stream/send a message via API?

    - Is there a way to only scan a specific folder on media update/new media and avoid performing a full library scan via API?

    - Can I exclude a library from golbal search and the dashboard by default to all users? Like the adult content one
