Auto Organize not finding episodes (yes I know it is an add-on)

Good evening,

 

I've been having issues with episodes not being organized

• The show is correctly identified in Metadata Manager by TheTVDB ID.
• The episode in question is on TheTVDB website.

The log says: "Warn App: No provider metadata found".

 

Specifically, I can't seem to organize episodes from Mythbusters Season 2018 and Adventure Time Season 10.

 

Any assistance appreciated.

It is working now. I'll assume something was wrong at the TheTVDB end.
