lukassof 0 Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Hi, I have just installed emby app on my smart TV. When I try to log in there is an error that my login/password is incorrect. I check few times, on web browser and app on my phone and there is no problem to log in with both - password and login. Error is only on app on Smart TV. Do you guys have any clue what could be a problem? I try and change the password but there was no change. I'm from Poland
Luke 42077 Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Hi, this process can be a little difficult on the TV. Why not use our Emby Connect login feature instead? It lets you sign in with a simple pin code.
