LiquidFX 144 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I want to capture some video to post on YouTube for all to see, also trying to convert a couple of friends over from other platforms. What software do you guys think is the best for smooth video capture, free of course.
bigjohn 753 Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 I've used Camtasia to make some professional screen capture videos that turned out pretty well. They will give you a few days for free, but it is not terribly expensive to license. I found one of the keys to quality was to record in uncompressed format (monstrously huge files) and then do your compression fiddling in Handbrake or whatever you want to use for compression. 1
