emartinez 1 Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Hello, We are having problems to upgrade to version 3.2.60 or 70, our m3u tunners stop working, just when we update the server it seems to be working but a few minutes later it start giving errors trying to open new channels, from the android app we can see that it sais that there is no tunner available, from the web access it just trying to load the channel but it never connects. Al the channels are working in the m3u and if we dongrade the server again to 3.2.36 it works right. Attached is the server logs from the moment that we have upgrade to the downgrade.logs.zip

andrewbee 15 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Experiencing this same issue as well. Tried manually upgrading but installer keeps getting blocked. Switched off my firewall, antivirus and Windows defender but still couldnt install.

emartinez 1 Posted January 29, 2018 Author Posted January 29, 2018 Hi Luke, I have rename the logs with the important ones, 1 - Server working before upgrade in 3.2.36 version all working right 2 - UPgrade to 3.2.70 - All seems to be working right, we open some m3u channels and films, all seems to be workin, after a few minutes we try to open channels unssusesfully, in the web just stay in black screen with the circle of load, in the emby for android TV shows there is no tunner available. 3 - We try to load a previous backup, it seems to work at the beggining but soon the errors start. 4 - We try to remove all m3u tunners and create them again, the problem apear again. 5 - We downgrade the server to 3.2.36 all working again. logs-renamed.zip
