server update difficult

I think the problems with updating to a new version (at least to 3.2.60) may be known, but I wanted to give my experience of going from 3.2.60 to 3.2.70 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Firefox.  It went something like this:

 

server dashboard says new version available ("Pending Installation"), hit restart.  

restart says it is installing, then dashboard says the exact same thing again (need to install new version)
  - "Running Tasks
     Check for application updates"

 

I went thru the 'hit install, restart' a couple more times but still it said it needed to install.  I had to 'shutdown', close browser, then start Emby from Win start menu and the dashboard says all is up-to-date.
