Live TV stutters then stops for 3.2.70

LiveTV was working on version 3.2.60.14.  Now it it seems to crap out after a few minutes of playing.  When you see in logs that's me stopping the stream because it's stuttering or has stopped completely.  

 

Here are my log files, can someone please take a look.

yes, it is.  However, I didn't realize my physical sever( where emby resides) was going through a backup when I was trying to watch live tv. 

After the backup, I haven't experienced the issue.
