Emby Manager or Shuffle folder function for Windows

I would usually use the App/Program for playback instead of in the web browser. But I notice that there's very little functions in the Windows program, I can't manage the libraries in the app nor can I find shuffle function in the app. I would prefer to not use playlist though since I may need to update the playlist once in a while to keep it up to date while shuffling the folder I keep everything in will be a much easier solution.
