Problem when transcoding from h265 to h264

Hi,

I experience some problem when video is transcoded from h265 to h264. The video in the log works fine in the web ui since it's not transcoding but when I use the emby app on an andriod phone it will not work. I have updated the graphic card drivers to the latest version and that solved some other issues I had but not this particular problem.

The ffmpeg have an error message that I don't know how to solve.

Best regards

Hi, can you try disabling nvenc? thanks.

yea there's something strange going on there. In any case, you're saying it's fine in the web app. The good news is that we're working on an android update that will make it use the same transcoding format as the web app and then this should go away. thanks.

Okey, that sounds good. When is it to be released?

Another thing, could this be caused by audio transcoding? I just tried to cast to a chromecast and that work. The video transcoding was the same as when I used the android app. However, the audio was transcoded to mp3 when using the app but ac3 was used by the chromecast. The video is ac3.
