After 3.2.70.0 update (out of network transcode error w/ live tv)

So I update my main system to 3.2.70.0 and now I cannot stream live tv out of my network. If I change it to direct play for out of network the live TV plays but consumes all the bandwidth. For now I just went back to 3.2.60.0 which is fine. Just thought I'd submit this, This happens on both the OTA HDHomerun and CC HDHomerun both running latest firmware.

 

From my EMBY test laptop I recreated it with a fresh install to submit clean logs with no plugins installed.

PS. this was trying to access LIVE TV from Samsung Galaxy S6 Active on Android 7.0 on cellular

 

I just tried sharing my phone's cellular internet with my firestick and on there is does work with transcode. So it may be limited to the android app. I can try it on Android TV (Nexus Player) as well if you wish. I'll have to break it out real quick though.
